Today is an exciting day! We just launched a contest — a drawing for one of five very exciting prizes. The winner gets their choice of an Apple iPad, a Samsung Notebook, a Spa Day, a Visa Gift Card, or a Free Custom Whitening Tray. To enter, refer a friend or family member to Ann Arbor Smiles Dental Group by January 2017. The more you refer, the more your name gets entered in the drawing!

The Contest

Chances are you know someone who needs a good dentist. Or someone who needs help with Sleep Apnea. If you refer a friend or family member who becomes a new patient of Ann Arbor Smiles, you will be entered in our drawing to win your choice of five exciting prizes!

How To Enter

Ask anyone you know who needs a great dentist. When they schedule their first visit, please tell those you refer to provide your name and contact information.  The front desk staff will enter you!

The Rules

There is only really one rule: just one entry per each person that you refer. But there’s no limit on how many people you can refer! The more you enter, the better your chances of winning.

The Deadline

The first drawing will be mid-January 2017.
